Diary of a Fat Girl

Well its been a long time coming but I’m finally going to try to start losing weight. After going for a short walk today I realized just how out of shape I really am. I have bought a pedometer and a walking log book and I’m going to start following that log book and get into walking. I know just walking wont do all that much but I’m taking this slow. I’m mainly aiming to get into the habit of walking right now, and trying to go longer and longer before I start to get tired. I need to build up my stamina. I’m really hoping that this will help to combat the sluggish feeling that I haven’t been ably to shake. I’ve tried to do this before but have failed every time, after one or two days I usually forget, stop caring, or get too lazy. Like everyone else I’m also really bad at the “I’ll start tomorrow” excuse, or the “I’ll just skip today and go twice as long tomorrow” excuse. I hope this time will be different, and to help I’m going to try to keep a diary here so that I can look back on whatever progress I make and maybe doing this will even help motivate me and keep me on track. Well… here goes nothing… :)
